The first two chapter is something else. The whole premise scream “holy shit, is this real?” Over and over again. Definitely worth your time.

It's interesting, but it struggles because you can tell the author probably only reads shonen/seinen stuff. If you've heard about the author of Dandadan being told by his editor to come back after reading shojo, I think an editor would probably tell this guy the same thing. Very little exposition, very little focus on characters or relationships. The story is essentially just the immediate schizophrenia plot, and everything else feels fairly empty. Maybe this will change over time. But as it is it could be much better.
Chapters are exasperatingly short, it’s literally one scene at a time, best to let this build if you want any substance. The story is ok, kind of confusing….but I like the gore and horror feel to it. It’s refreshing with all the otome isekai revenge yada yada stuff that’s popular right now. Oh, it kind of reminds me of Berserk artwork.
Pretty good, but I might change my rating in the future.
This is one of those stories you gotta marinate so you won't be confused but I'm too impatient 😭 Super good for now

Candy girl seems like she’s purposely acting crazy. White haired girl looks like an fl. But please, just this once, if there’s any romance here, please let it be only with one love interest (pls not a harem. eventho I know there’s no harem tag, but pls just be sure), and pls not the typical white/silver haired damsel in distress 🥺
That was sweet, what a great contrast, I liked that. It's interesting how it changed my impression several times in just three chapters.
I thought when he said "the best doctor my father could find", I thought he was from a rich family, but if he's stealing to pay for his and his girlfriend's college, then I'm a little confused
Wtf? That Old Liu looks like the crazy daoist master! And he’s spreading his “medicine”? And Nana is the white haired lady in his illusions? What if??? What if all the patients in that hospital and people he knows are the ones in his illusions?? Is it really some type of ability, like warping space and being able to switch through dimensions?
The doctor is really weird! I feel like they are trying to study mc while lying to him by saying all of this isn’t real.
Maybe both world are real and mc is living two lives simultaneously (with a delay):
